New York City, in brief

Into the snowpocalypse we went.

What I will remember from NYC December 2010: North Jersey, slush puddles, skirts with Bean boots, shopping and shoe lust, happiness in hotel beds, a belated birthday dinner, subway trains, midnight brunch and Sinatra, a photobooth, lost keys

Eating fish and chips (doused in a healthy amount of malt vinegar) outside of A Salt and Battery

Standout eats and libations:
Ward III in TriBeCa for its excellent cocktails and sophisticated (yet unpretentious) atmosphere
A Salt and Battery in Greenwich Village for its piping hot fried pollock and authentic chips
Pizza Mezzaluna in South Village for a simple, delicious Neapolitan-style coal-fired pizza to share

More photos will follow at some point when I have my film developed.

I'm already dreaming of a return trip for spring or summer.
